By Brian Scott If Hartford property reverts back to the financial institution, what is the advantage of buying one of these Connecticut properties? Doesn't this just mean that no buyer wanted to pay the opening bid on the property because the house is over-valued? In short, yes, but the detailed answer is where you can make your profit.
